After YEARS of trying to buy a planner that would fit into my role as a Principal, I found zero good options. So, I made my own!

Monthly goals, daily plans, inspiration, personal goals & more. If I should add this to my blog, with a blank template- Let me know! #SchoolLeaderLife pic.twitter.com/xjU22uqNGy
As I begin my fifth year in administration and second year as Building Principal, I can tell you that I have tried a bajillion planners in my time. I have even bought some that I never ended up using because they were not as user friendly as I initially hoped.
So after years of trying failed planners and reverting to a basic notebook to doodle on, I decided to create one from scratch myself.
Within my planner I included several items that are all principal purposed to help you stay driven on your mission and goals. Some of the items you will find include:
-Boxes for monthly goals
-Monthly planners
-Daily planners
-Section for Future School Dreams and Goals
-Personal leadership goals
-Inspiring Quotes
-AND MORE!!!
Today, I printed the pages, organized them in the order I wanted, and then went to Office Depot. At Office Depot, I hard laminated the front and back covers and had the planner bound together. See below- it’s absolutely beautiful!
Also, see attached for a free blank Principal planner for you to download and utilize! I made the template blue and gender neutral so it can suite all! As you can see, I am obsessed with lavender, so my planner is all about that purple life.
Enjoy friends!!!!!
